If coming to the complex to see spring training activity at the complex tomorrow ( 3/8/23 ) here’s what to expect : the big league camp has a scheduled off day.
Minor League Camp :
The complex opens at 9 AM - gates to watch practice are generally open on all fields however if the gate to an area is closed please ask a security official before proceeding beyond the closed gate. Under no circumstances can you proceed past a gate that is marked with a sign stating authorized Phillies personnel only.
9 to 11 - Players will be in meetings, doing indoor training and warmup and throwing work
11 to 12 - Select pitchers will throw side bullpen sessions on the seven mounds in front of the Montgomery Building and in the pitching lab within the building.
11 to 12:30 : Pitchers will practice fielding on Schmidt & Carlton fields - select position players will practice fielding on Carlton field.
12:30 to 2 : Position players will take on field BP in four different groups on Ashburn & Schmidt Fields
2 to 3 : Select pitchers will throw live bullpens on Carlton & Roberts Fields
