LHP Brandon Leibrandt who was recently released by the Phillies has signed on to pitch for the High Point Rockers in the Independent Pro Atlantic League. Brandon missed most of the 2018 season and all of 2019 after having Tommy John surgery. He pitched an inning in 2019 Fall Instructs and is ready to resume his career. He’s 27 years old and was drafted by the Phillies in round 6 of the 2014 draft out of Florida State University. Best wishes to Brandon as he continues his pursuit of a big league career.
