Second baseman Kendall Simmons went 2 for 4 with a single, double, run scored and RBI. Catcher Andrick Nava and first baseman Rixon Wingrove each doubled, Nava posted two RBIs. Former Phillies minor leaguer Nick Ward was 2 for 4 with a single,home run, walk and two RBIs. RHP Josh Bortka pitched a scoreless inning in relief ( 1 H, 1 BB, 1 K - 28 pitches - 15 strikes).

1/3 : Former Phillies outfielder Emilio Bonifacio was 2 for 4 with a triple, home run and three RBIs for Tigres del Licey in a 9-3 win against Leones del Escogido. Former Phillies minor league LHP Elniery Garcia started the game for the Tigres.
