10/16 : RHP Tommy McCollum pitched 1.1 innings (1 unearned run, 1 H, 0 BB, 2 K’s - 25 pitches - 15 strikes - 15 four seam FB - 93 to 95 mph, 6 cutters, 2 sinkers and 2 changeup/ splitters) for Surprise in a 12-11 win over Salt River. Surprise is now 5-1.

Infielder Luis Verdugo went 2 for 4 (doubles) in a 6-5 win for Tomateros de Culiacán.
