Sincere Condolences :

Very sad news from Venezuela where it was revealed that Phillies minor league infielder Alexeis Azuaje has passed away at just 21 years of age from injuries suffered in a car accident.  I didn’t know Alexeis well but he was always welcoming when I saw him at the complex and would stop to fist bump or chat.  It was evident that he loved the game of baseball as he played it with great passion.  My sincere condolences to his family and friends as well as the entire Phillies organization as we collectively mourn his loss.  A bright smile gone from this earth far too soon.

A sorrowful day for us, but we wish Happy Baseball for Alexeis as he is now on the field above ⚾️
