Game Summary : Braves 5 Phillies 4
The Phillies loaded the bases in the first inning as Andrew McCutchen walked and Bryce Harper and Alec Bohm singled. Didi Gregorius singled to right field to score McCutchen and Harper.
Ozzie Albies doubled to score Ronald Acuna Jr ( doubled ) in the bottom of the first inning. Freddie Freeman then hit a two run home run.
Andrew McCutchen hit a solo home run in the fifth inning.
Bryce Harper hit a solo home run in the sixth inning.
Dansby Swanson doubled to score Marcel Ozuna ( singled ) for Atlanta in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Atlanta scored a run in the seventh inning ... pinch hitter Ehire Adrianza doubled, he went to third on a single and scored on a fielder’s choice one hopper back to the mound where Jose Alvarado didn’t realize Adrianza broke home on the play and was late throwing the baseball to home plate.
On The Hill :
Zach Eflin ( FB 92-95 ) went six innings - 4 R, 7 H, 1 BB, 2 K’s - 77 pitches - 54 strikes.
Archie Bradley ( FB 90-94 ) went 1/3 of an inning in the seventh inning after yielding a double and a single. He was charged with one run.
Jose Alvarado ( FB 99-101 ) struck out two batters to end the seventh inning but allowed an inherited runner to score.
Sam Coonrad ( FB 97-101 ) tossed a perfect eighth inning with two strikeouts.
At The Plate :
Bryce Harper had two hits ( Single & HR ). Andrew McCutchen walked and homered.

Defensive Gems :
Second baseman Jean Segura made a diving stop on a squibbed ground ball and subsequent throw to get Travis d’Arnaud out at first base in the sixth inning.
Alec Bohm made a nice running catch down the left field line in the seventh inning.

Notes :
Darick Hall hit his third home run in Alternate Camp play today against the Yankees. Mickey Moniak doubled in the contest.
