Andrew Knapp hit a solo home run in the second inning.
Travis d’Arnaud hit a solo home run for Atlanta in the seventh inning.
Alec Bohm singled to score Rhys Hoskins ( singled & advanced to second on Bryce Harper single ) in the bottom of the eighth inning.
On The Hill :
Zach Eflin ( FB 92-94 ) was excellent ... he went seven innings allowing just one run on four hits and one walk, he struck out eight batters. Zach threw 80 pitches - 54 for strikes.
Jose Alvarado ( FB 98-100 ) threw a perfect eighth inning with two strikeouts. Ten pitches - eight strikes.
Hector Neris ( FB 93-95 ) finished it with a scoreless ninth - he struck out one and walked two - his third straight appearance in as many games of the young season. Hector needed 23 pitches today - 10 strikes. He earned first save of the season.
At The Plate :
Andrew Knapp had two hits, a single and home run, he also hit the ball hard in his third AB ... a line drive out to center field.
Alec Bohm had two singles.
Bryce Harper had a single and a walk.

Didi made a leaping catch in short center field on a humpback soft liner to end the sixth inning.
