How they scored :


Three singles scored a run for Rochester in the fourth inning.


Rochester scored five runs in the sixth inning, three on a home run by Andrew Pinckey.


Christian Cairo walked in the sixth, he scored on a home run by Felix Reyes.


Bryan De La Cruz and Pedro Leon singled in the ninth, De La Cruz scored on a ground out by Liover Peguero.


At Bat : 3 R, 4 H, 4 BB, 9 K’s


Felix Reyes hit his third home run of the season.


On The Hill : 6 R, 8 H, 5 BB, 12 K’s

Dante Nori tripled in the bottom of the first inning, he later scored on a wild pitch. Bryan Rincon walked, stole second, went to third on a ground out and scored on a wild pitch.


A double, stolen base and balk scored a run for Hartford in the second inning.


Jordan Dissin doubled in the second inning and scored on a home run by Bryson Ware.


Carson DeMartini walked in the fifth inning, went to second on a balk, to third on a ground out and scored on a balk.


Jordan Dissin and Alex Binelas walked in the sixth, a ground out advanced them - Dante Nori singled to score two runs.


At Bat : 8 R, 6 H, 8 BB, 11 K’s


Dante Nori had two hits (single & triple) with two RBIs and two runs scored. Jordan Dissin doubled,Bryson Ware homered. Bryan Rincon walked three times and stole a base, Alex Binelas walked twice.

Murr Making his Mark :  Austin Murr has impressed over the first four games of the season for Reading. He went 6-14 (.429), with an .896 OPS. Murr has also shown defensive versatility, playing first base and both corner outfield spots. He showed great range with a couple of nice running catches in right field on Tuesday night. The Phillies selected Murr in the Minor League Rule Five Draft last December from the Detroit Tigers. The 27-year old spent 2025 between West Michigan (A+) and Toledo (AAA), combining to slash .274/.376/.445 (.821 OPS), with eight home runs and 51 RBI. How they scored :


A walk, single, throwing error and groundout scored a run for Brooklyn in the second inning. Kevin Villavicencio homered for them in the second inning.


Brady Day doubled in the fourth inning, Joel Dragoo walked. Raider Tello singled, Day was thrown out at the plate trying to score. Brock Vradenburg doubled to score two runs.


Luis Caicuto singled in the fifth, Jose Colmenares walked, Devin Saltiban singled. A wild pitch scored Caicuto, Joel Dragoo hit a sacrifice fly to score Colmenares.


Trent Farquhar singled in the seventh, Jose Colmenares doubled. Four consecutive walks scored three runs. Brock Vradenburg grounded out to score a run. Nick Biddison singled to score a run. Luis Caicuto hit a sacrifice fly to score another.


Brooklyn scored a run in the ninth on a walk and double.

Brady Day doubled and walked three times. Brock Vradenburg doubled and posted three RBIs. Joel Dragoo walked twice, scored two runs and posted two RBIs.

Two for Tello - Raider Tello is the only BlueClaw with two multi-hit games in the first three games this year and went 5-15 to start the season. He smashed the first BlueClaws home run of the year, a three-run shot on Friday in Wilmington. Tello hit eight home runs with Clearwater last year and seven at Iowa in 2024. His five RBIs in the opener were a career-high (had a high of three last year). How they scored :


Tampa scored two runs in the second inning on a walk, hit batter, single and fielding error.


Juan Villavicencio walked in the fourth inning, he scored on a double by Jonathan Hogart.


Tampa scored in the top of the seventh on a single and double.


Jonathan Hogart, Nate Humphreys walked in the bottom of the seventh, they advanced on a ground out by Will Vierling. Hogart scored on a wild pitch.


Will Vierling singled in the ninth, Guillermo Rosario and Robert Phelps walked with two outs - Vierling attempted to score on a wild pitch but was tagged out to end the game.

Jonathan Hogart and Juan Villavicencio each doubled.

Player Development Center : Extended Spring Training  :


RHP Alexander De Los Santos threw a side bullpen sessions.  PFP’s and team defense was taken on Ashburn emphasizing run downs - BP was taken on Ashburn thereafter.


System Transactions :


Lehigh Valley : LHP Kyle Backhus (optioned on 4/6) added to the roster. OF Steward Berroa has been acquired from the Milwaukee Brewers in exchange for cash considerations and optioned to LHV (from PHI). Steward will report to LHV on Friday (4/10). OF Cade Fergus placed on the Development List (retroactive to 4/7)

 

Clearwater :  RHP Yoniel Curet has been designated for assignment
