How they scored :


A single and double scored a first inning run for Rochester. Andres Chaparro hit a three run home run in the sixth inning. Two singles and a ground out scored a run for them in the eighth.


At Bat : 0 R, 4 H, 5 BB, 10 K’s


Dylan Moore had two hits (singles). Paul McIntosh singled and walked twice

How they scored :


Bryan Rincon walked in the first inning, stole second and scored when Aroon Escobar reached on a fielding error by the New Hampshire shortstop.


Austin Murr singled in the second inning, Dylan Campbell and Dante Nori walked to load the bases. Bryan Rincon singled to score a run, Aroon Escobar grounded out to score another. Alex Binelas singled to score two runs.


Kehden Hettiger doubled in the third inning, Austin Murr singled. Bryan Rincon hit a liner to center that was caught Hettiger scored on a throwing error. Dylan Campbell singled to score Murr.


Bryson Ware doubled in the sixth inning, he scored on a single by Dante Nori. Bryan Rincon walked.  Aroon Escobar doubled to score Nori. Alex Binelas singled to score Rincon. Raylin Heredia reached on an error on which Escobar scored.


Austin Murr led off the seventh with a home run. Dylan Campbell walked and advanced on a passed ball - he scored on a single by Bryan Rincon. Aroon Escobar and Alex Binelas singled. Raylin Heredia singled to score two runs.


Austin Murr and Bryson Ware singled in the eighth, Dylan Campbell walked. Dante Nori grounded out to score a run.


Aroon Escobar and Alex Binelas singled in the ninth, Raylin Heredia grounded out to score Escobar. Kehden Hettiger singled.  Austin Murr grounded out to score Binelas. Bryson Ware hit a two run home run.

Oh How Sweep It Is! - The Fightin Phils took both ends of yesterday’s doubleheader in Manchester, NH. Reading pulled out a 4-2 win in the front half, partially thanks to an Austin Murr (5) go-ahead two-run home run in the seventh inning. All five of Murr’s home runs have been two-run shots this year. The Fightins got the better end of a 3-2 battle later last night, as an Alex Binelas two-run double turned out to be the difference in the latter of the two contests. John Spikerman singled in the first inning and scored on a triple by Jose Colmenares.   Kodey Shojinaga grounded out to score Colmenares.


A double and single scored a run for Greensboro in the third inning.


Trent Farquhar walked in the fourth inning, he moved to second on a sacrifice bunt by John Spikerman and scored on a single by Kodey Shojinaga.


John Spikerman singled in the sixth, Jose Colmenares walked and Kodey Shojinaga singled to load the bases. Raider Tello singled to score a run. Brock Vradenburg walked to score a run and Joel Dragoo singled to score two runs.


Luis Caicuto doubled in the 8th, Trent Farquhar singled. John Spikerman grounded out to score Caicuto.

Robert Phelps homered in the third inning. Will Vierling homered in the fifth inning.


A triple and passed ball scored a run for Lakeland in the sixth, Zach MacDonald then homered.


Lakeland scored the placed runner in the tenth on two wild pitches.


Jonathan Hogart singled to score placed runner Nolan Beltran in the bottom of the tenth. Tyler Pettorini pinch ran for Hogart - he stole second and went to third on a throwing error. Nathan Humphreys singled to score him with the game winning run!

Nate Humphreys had three hits (two singles & double). Gabriel Rincones Jr and Alirio Ferrebus had two hits (singles). Robert Phelps had two hits (single & HR). Will Vierling homered.

How they scored :


Angel De Los Santos homered for the Tigers in the first inning. They scored two in the fourth on two walks, a single and double.


Anderson Araujo walked in the bottom of the fourth and scored on a double by Logan Dawson.


A walk, hit batter, single and sacrifice fly scored two Tiger runs in the fifth.


Logan Dawson doubled to lead off the seventh inning then went to third on a wild pitch. Guillermo Rosario walked. Dawson scored on a ground out by Jalvin Arias. Esterling Rodriguez and Erick Brito walked to load the bases. Rosario scored on a pop fly sacrifice to the first baseman by Romeli Espinosa. Anderson Araujo tripled to score two runs!


The game went into extra innings.


A walk, force out, wild pitch and sac fly scored a run for the Tigers in the 8th.


A ground out by Logan Dawson moved placed runner TJayy Walton to third base in the bottom of the 8th, Walton subsequently scored on a wild pitch.


Although they loaded the bases in the ninth the Tigers did not score. Strong pitching effort today by lefty Aneury Montilla.


Esterling Rodriquez put down a sacrifice bunt to move placed runner Jonathan Alcantara to third to begin the bottom of the ninth. Jose Familia hit a sacrifice fly to center to score him for the walk-off win!


At Bat : 7 R, 6 H, 5 BB, 9 K’s


Logan Dawson had two hits (doubles).  Esterling Rodriguez doubled. Anderson Araujo tripled and walked posting two RBIs.

Lehigh Valley - RHP Lou Trivino has been re-signed to a minor league contract. today (5/16). LHP Kirby Snead has been signed to a minor league contract. Kirby will report to LHV on Tuesday (5/19). LHP Génesis Cabrera has been granted his release after he exercised the opt-out clause in his contract.

 

FCL - RHP Brian Keller has been signed to a minor league contract and added to the roster.
