Summary :
Austin Wells homered for Somerset in the first inning.
Matt Kroon doubled in the second inning and scored on a home run by Madison Stokes.
TJ Rumfield homered for Somerset in the third inning scoring two runs.
Brandon Lockridge homered for Somerset in the fourth inning.
Madison Stokes singled in the fifth inning and went to third on a single by Max McDowell. Nick Podkul tripled to score them both, Carlos De La Cruz singled to score Podkul.
Somerset scored a run in the bottom of the fifth on a walk, single (Austin Wells) and a sac fly.
Oliver Dunn walked in the 6th inning, advanced to second on a balk, to third on a single to right field by Matt Kroon and scored on a 4-6-3 double play.
On the Hill :
Josh Hendrickson started and went four plus innings (faced two batters in the fifth). Matt Seelinger pitched two scoreless innings allowing one walk and striking out one, an inherited runner scored in the fifth inning. Braden Zarbnisky pitched a perfect seventh inning. Max Kuhns pitched in and out of trouble in the 8th inning (first two runners reached on a double & walk) by striking out the side in a scoreless frame. Taylor Lehman pitched a perfect ninth inning to earn the save.
At the Bat :
Madison Stokes (single & HR), Max McDowell (two singles) and Matt Kroon (single & double) each had two hits. Nick Podkul tripled.
