Summary :
CF Cornelius Randolph batting in the leadoff position singled in his first AB, he stole second and scored on a single by RF Ryan Cordell.
Worcester scored five runs in the third inning. They used five singles, a walk and a fielder error to do so. Four of the runs were unearned.
DH Mickey Moniak hit a solo home run in the bottom of the third inning.

Summary :
Richmond scored a first inning run on after two wild pitches allowed the first two batters ( both singled ) to advance twice. A couple of walks loaded the bases but starter Taylor Lehman was able to escape more damage.
RF Jorge Bonifacio delivered some much needed run production for Reading with a first inning double to score CF Arquimedes Gamboa ( singled ). Bonifacio advanced to third on a ground out and scored on a wild pitch.
Bonifacio went yard with a solo shot over the left field fence in the third inning.
Richmond scored four runs in the fourth inning on an error, single, walk, triple and sac fly.

The Blue Claws scored four runs in the fifth inning. 3B Nate Fassnacht and CF Hunter Markwardt singled. C Logan O’Hoppe walked. Jhailyn Ortiz hit a grand slam home run 💪

Jhailyn Ortiz hit his second home run of the night in the eighth inning 👏.
Ortiz drew a two out bases loaded walk in the ninth to post his sixth RBI of the game. Dang ... what a night !
