Scoring Summary :
Garrett Stubbs singled in the second inning (he’s reached base in 17 consecutive games), went to second on a passed ball and scored on a double by Cal Stevenson.
Blake Sabol homered for Worcester in the seventh inning. A single, walk and double scored another run.
Rodolfo Castro singled in the eighth inning, stole second base and scored on a single by Otto Kemp.
The game went into extra innings.
A fielder’s choice, single and hit batter loaded the bases for Worcester in the tenth - Blake Sabol hit a grand slam.
Justin Crawford singled in the bottom of the tenth to score the placed runner Rafael Lantigua. Crawford stole second base, Otto Kemp walked. With one out Christian Arroyo singled to load the bases. Crawford scored when Garrett Stubbs reached on a force out at second base.

He yielded five earned runs in his first start (4/1) but was fooling that day it seems as since then in 35 IP has allowed just five earned runs (1.29 ERA).

Josh Breaux hit the first pinch-hit homer of the season for the 'Pigs last Tuesday. The 'Pigs had one pinch-hit jack last year (Nick Podkul). It was Breaux's first ever PH appearance. Pierce Bennett singled to score Davis, Hettiger scored after Bennett got caught in a run down and advanced to second when the fielders couldn’t record an out in the run downs. Zach Arnold doubled to score Bennett. Devin Saltiban reached on a throwing error by Aberdeen’s shortstop - Arnold scored on the play.

The NEWClaws...The BlueClaws have added two players to the roster this week – IF Cole Roberts and LHP Erubiel Armenta…Roberts joins from Reading where he was 3-11…He signed with the Phillies in February and was released by the Diamondbacks organization last year…He is the son of Dodgers manager Dave Roberts. Scoring Summary :
Kevin Verde homered in the third inning for the Yankees.
Manolfi Jimenez reached on a fielding error in the fourth inning. Jorge Julio singled to send him to third base. A throwing error by the catcher as Julio stole second allowed Jimenez to score.
A double, throwing error (left fielder Manolfi Jimenez) and ground out scored a run for the Yankees in the bottom of the fourth. Two fielding errors then put two runners on base, a double scored one however a runner was thrown out at the plate as right fielder Carter Mathison relayed a throw to first baseman Alirio Ferrebus who in turn threw to catcher Angel Mata.
