International League (AAA) - Lehigh Valley 8 (30-35) Scranton Wilkes Barre 5 (32-32)- Moosic, PA - PNC Field - ten innings


How they scored :


Ernesto Martinez Jr hit a two run home run for Scranton Wilkes Barre (SWB) in the fourth inning. Two batters later Duke Ellis homered.


Otto Kemp singled in the sixth, advanced to third on a balk and fly out and scored on a ground out by Gabriel Rincones Jr.


Bryan De La Cruz walked in the ninth, Paul McIntosh singled, Felix Reyes hit a three run home run!


SWB scored a two out run in the bottom of the ninth on a double and RBI single.


The game went into extra innings.


Otto Kemp was the placed runner to start the tenth. Keaton Anthony hit a two run home run! Gabriel Rincones Jr walked - he stole second and went to third on a throwing error by the catcher. Christian Cairo hit a sacrifice fly to score him. Carter Kieboom and Paul McIntosh singled, Dylan Moore singled to score Kieboom.


SWB scored the placed runner in the bottom of the tenth with two singles.

Paul McIntosh had three hits (singles). Dylan Moore had three hits (singles) as did Christian Cairo (single & double). Bryan De La Cruz walked twice. Felix Reyes hit a three run home run. Keaton Anthony hit a two run home run. Carter Kieboom had two hits (singles).

A single and double scored a run for Portland in the third inning.


Kehden Hettiger and Erick Brito singled in the fifth inning, Aroon Escobar singled to score a run. Caleb Ricketts singled to score Brito.


Portland scored a run in the eighth on a single and double.


Alex Binelas homered in the bottom of the eighth.


Three walks loaded the bases for Portland in the ninth, a run scored on a fielding error (Bryan Rincon). Another scored on a force out.

Welcome Back Caleb - Following his transfer from Lehigh Valley (AAA) on Tuesday, Caleb Ricketts reintroduced himself to the Fightin Phils in a big way in his first game back. The 26-year old blasted two home runs, which marked the fourth two-homer game of his career, and second this season (4/21: LHV vs DUR). Ricketts also drove in a career-high six runs, surpassing his previous high of four on June 8, 2025, when rehabbing with Clearwater (A) against Bradenton. How they scored :


Hudson Valley (HV) burst out for six runs in the first inning on a walk, hit batter, error and three hits including two home runs (Kyle West & Josh Moylan).


Brock Vradenburg walked in the third inning, Tyler Pettorini doubled to score him. Nick Biddison singled to score Pettorini.


A single, stolen base and single scored a run for HV in the bottom of the third.


Trent Farquhar walked in the fourth, went to second on a wild pitch and scored on a single by Luke Davis.


HV scored in the bottom of the fourth on Kyle West’s second home run in the contest. They added three runs in the sixth on two walks, hit batter, a sacrifice fly and single.


At Bat : 3 R, 7 H, 3 BB, 10 K’s


Trent Farquhar and Tyler Pettorini doubled. Luke Davis had two hits (singles).

Griffin Burkholder homered in the third inning.


Three singles scored a run for Lakeland in the fifth inning, a walk and hit batter scored another run. Jordan Yost hit a two run home run for them in the sixth inning, a double and single scored another run.


The game went into rain delay with two outs in the top of the 6th inning. Play resumed at around 8:55 PM


Lakeland scored a run in the ninth on two singles, a walk and wild pitch.
