Noah Skirrow - Liberty University has signed a free agent contract with the Phillies. He’s 6’3” 215 and is 21 years old. Baseball America had him rated as their 249th best player for this year‘s eligible class. He’s from Stoney Creek, Ontario.
According to the BA scouting report his fastball sits 91-92 but touches 95. He has also shown an impressive fastball. He’s known as a workhorse having logged 166 innings over his career at Liberty In 35 games ( 33 starts ) posting a 3.83 ERA.
He impressed in the Cape Cod League last summer striking out 40 batters in 29 IP.
