The 28 year old outfielder has signed a minor league contract. He was playing in the independent league American Association for the Sioux Falls Canaries and was hitting .390 in 26 games ( 118 AB’s ) with 7 home runs and 32 RBIs.
Logan was drafted by the LA Dodgers in the 10th round of the 2015 draft from the University of Texas Pan America. He played in the Dodgers system from 2015 to 2019 playing the majority of his games at the AA level with 14 games in AAA. He’s a right handed hitter and thrower and can play all three outfield positions with the majority of his action being in center field to date.
With multiple injuries the organization is short on outfielders … Logan will either fill a role at Reading or Lehigh Valley.
