International League ( AAA ) - Lehigh Valley 3 (25-32) Buffalo 1 (30-29)

Allentown, PA - Coca-Cola Park

Summary :

Trevor Schwecke and Simon Muzziotti walked in the 1st inning, Cody Roberts singled to score Schwecke.

Riley Tirotta homered for Buffalo in the 2nd inning.

Trevor Schwecke singled in the 6th inning, moved to second on a sacrifice bunt by Simon Muzziotti and scored on a double by Cody Roberts.

Nick Podkul was hit by a pitch in the 7th inning, he moved to second on a sacrifice bunt by Cade Fergus and scored on a single by Scott Kingery.

At Bat : 3 R, 5 H, 3 BB, 12 K’s

Cody Roberts (single & double) had two hits and two RBIs, he also walked once.  Trevor Schwecke singled and walked and scored two runs.

On The Hill : 1 R, 4 H, 3 BB, 12 K’s

Michael Mercado pitched 4.2 innings - 1 R, 2 H, 2 BB, 6 K’s - 87 pitches - 51 strikes.  Taylor Lehman retired all four batters he faced - 1.1 innings - 3 K’s - 19 pitches - 12 strikes.  Jonah Dipoto pitched a scoreless inning - 1 H - 11 pitches - 7 K’s.  Andrew Bellatti pitched an inning - 0 R, 1 H, 1 BB, 2 K’s - 20 pitches - 12 strikes.  Max Lazar pitched a perfect ninth inning - 1 K - 12 pitches - 8 strikes.

Weston Wilson got his first recall of the season as the Phillies called him up on Monday, June 3. Wilson hit his second walk-off as an IronPig on May 23rd, a three-run homer. It came almost a year to the day after his first (May 24, 2023 vs. Buffalo). Wilson was hitting just .237 going into that game last year and went on to slash .271/.376/.523 with 21 homers and 27 stolen bases the remainder of the season. Wilson's three-hit game as part of the walk-off just boosted his average above .200 again and he has six homers in his past 11 games, including long balls in three consecutive games, one game away from tying the franchise record of four games. - Media Clips

Summary :

Otto Kemp homered in the first inning.

Ryan Leitch homered in the second inning. Troy Schreffler walked, stole second and advanced to third on a throwing error by the catcher.  Zach Arnold singled to score Schreffler.  Jordan Dissin singled and Erick Brito walked.  Otto Kemp singled to score Dissin.

A single, double and ground out scored a run for Greensboro in the bottom of the second inning.

A single, hit batter and single scored a run for Greensboro in the third inning.  They scored another run on a sacrifice fly.

A double and single scored a run for Greensboro in the 5th inning.

Lonnie White Jr homered for Greensboro in the 6th inning.

A walk, sacrifice bunt and single scored a Greensboro run in the 7th inning.

Otto Kemp homered in the 8th inning.

On The Hill : 6 R, 9 H, 3 BB, 12 K’s

Estibenzon Jimenez went 4.2 innings - 4 R, 6 H, 1 BB, 6 K’s - 80 pitches - 52 strikes.  Jordi Martinez pitched 1/3 of an inning - 1 R, 1 H, 1 K - 7 pitches - 4 strikes - he left with an apparent injury.  Danny Wilkinson pitched two innings - 1 unearned R, 1 H, 2 BB, 3 K’s - 34 pitches - 20 strikes.  Andrew Baker pitched an inning - 0 R, 1 H, 0 BB, 2 K’s - 15 pitches - 10 strikes.

Otto Kemp had three hits (single & two HR’s) with three RBIs.  Ryan Leitch homered.

Summary :

Devin Saltiban and Dakota Kotowski singled in the 1st inning, they advanced a base on a fielding error by the right fielder.  Luis Caicuto singled to score two runs.

Devin Saltiban homered in the 6th inning.

Two singles, a double steal, ground out and wild pitch scored two runs for Bradenton in the 6th inning. \

Keaton Anthony homered in the 8th inning.

Bryson Ware walked in the 9th inning and scored on a double by Aidan Miller.  Devin Saltiban singled to score Miller.  Luis Caicuto, Jordan Viars and Keaton Anthony walked which scored Saltiban.

On The Hill : 2 R, 3 H, 3 BB, 10 K’s

Micah Ottenbreit pitched 5.2 innings - 2 R, 2 H, 1 BB, 5 K’s - 68 pitches - 42 strikes, he had a no hitter thru five innings.  Jaydenn Estanista pitched 2.1 innings - 0 R, 1 H, 2 BB, 3 K’s - 30 pitches - 18 strikes.  Drew Garrett pitched a perfect ninth inning - 2 K’s - 14 pitches - 8 strikes.

At Bat : 7 R, 8 H, 7 BB, 12 K’s

Devin Saltiban (two singles & HR) had three hits and two RBIs.  Dakota Kotowski (two singles)  had two hits.  Aidan Miller doubled.  Keaton Anthony homered, walked twice and had two RBIs. Bryson Ware walked twice.
