The 6-foot-1, 205-pound righthander posted a 3.54 ERA over 12 starts and 68.2 innings with a 26% strikeout rate and 6.9% walk rate. Gilley has shown solid control of a four-pitch mix that includes a 90-94 mph fastball, a hard cutter in the upper 80s, a distinct slider in the low 80s with more than a foot of sweep and a low-80s changeup.” - Baseball America
