On The Hill :
RH Andrew Painter - made two starts this week - 11 IP, 3 R, 12 H, 1 BB, 14 K’s - 177 pitches (87 & 90), 125 strikes (64 & 61). continues to show improved pitch shape, velocity hold and command. A good week for Andy!
RH Chuck King - 8 IP, 1 R, 5 H, 0 BB, 5 K’s - 83 pitches - 62 strikes -he’s now 7-4 on the season - this was his best and longest outing - in his last 8 starts (42.2 IP) he has a 3.37 ERA - that includes a blowup outing on 7/2 (seven runs in 4 IP) - take that one out and in the other seven games (38.2 IP) he’s posted a 2.09 ERA 👀⚾️
LH Kirby Snead - 3 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 0 BB, 4 K’s
RH Michael Mercado - two appearances - 3 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 0 BB, 2 K’s
