On the Hill :


Francisco Morales pitched a scoreless inning, outfielder Dustin Peterson threw the eighth inning.


At the Bat :


Kody Clemens doubled, the team had just three hits.

Cristian Hernandez opened and went two and a third scoreless/hitless, two walks, four strikeouts. Dominic Pipkin made his Reading debut posting a scoreless inning, only one hit allowed. Carlos Francisco pitched two scoreless frames.


At the Bat :


Carlos De La Cruz had two hits, he doubled and homered (15th of the year).  Baron Radcliff had two knocks (single & double) and Ethan Wilson and Oliver Dunn each had two hits (singles).

At the Bat :


Marcus Lee Sang had two hits, Leandro Pineda doubled.



Florida State League ( Low A )  Palm Beach 6 (3-8,40-36) Clearwater 5  (7-4,51-25) - 12 innings - Clearwater, FL - BayCare Ballpark




On the Hill :


Eiberson Castellano opened and went two innings, two runs on two hits and three walks.  Seth Nightingale pitched three scoreless innings, one hit, two walks, three strikeouts. Braeden Fausnaught went two innings, two runs, five hits.  Josh Bortka threw two hitless innings striking out six batters, no hits and only a hit batter 👀. Wen Hui Pan pitched all three of the extra innings, seven strikeouts - two runs, one earned, two hits, one walk.


At the Bat :


Justin Crawford had three hits including his first professional home run, he drove in two, scored a run and posted his 35th stolen base of the season.  Troy Schreffler had two hits.

Ricardo Rosario extended his hit streak to six games.  He has homered at least once in each of the last three series, Rosario tied his career-high on Tuesday with three hits. Reading : Transferred McKinley Moore from triple-A Lehigh Valley (he was returned from his minor league rehab assignment with Clearwater and reinstated from Lehigh Valley’s 7-day IL prior to the transfer).   Placed Adam Leverett on the Development List.


Clearwater : Transferred RHP Josh Bortka from the FCL Phillies to the Clearwater Threshers.  Placed LHP Gabriel Cotto on the Development List.
