Practice continues at the complex - here’s a list of participants. Training activities include weight-room, nutrition and mental skills sessions and on field hitting, fielding and throwing. Daily throwing programs which include side bullpen sessions for some are taking place along with live BP’s. Rehab players continue their work towards eventually returning to game action.
