Playing Like “A Milli-on” Bucks - Phillies No. 2 Prospect Aidan Miller was named Eastern League Player of the Week on Monday. Over six games last week, Miller slashed .385/.469/.692 (1.161 OPS), with 10 runs, five doubles, a home run, four RBI and was a perfect six-for-six in stolen bases. He had multiple hits in four-of-six games, which included a three-hit games on Tuesday and three-straight two-hit games from Friday to Sunday. Miller matched a career-high with four runs scored on Saturday night.
Miller enters play today with an Eastern League best, and Phillies organziational best, 44 stolen bases on the season. He is the first Fightin Phil to swipe 40+ bags in a season since Quintin Berry in 2009. It was the second league award in Miller’s career, as he was named South Atlantic League Player of the Month in August of 2024.
