Stolen Base History :

This year’s Phillies minor league group now has five players with 40 or more stolen bases to date and seven with 30 or more. The five with 40 or more stolen bases sets the franchise minor league system record (previously was four players set in 1980 and matched in 1982 and 1983). The single season system record for players with 30 or more stolen bases was set in 1981 with 8 players doing so - this year’s group is on the verge of tying or breaking that mark.
