Carson Crusing : Carson DeMartini turned in a strong week at Hartford. Over five games, DeMartini slashed .313/.455/.563 (1.018 OPS), with five runs, a double, home run, five RBI; and is 6-7 in stolen bases. DeMartini also set a career-high with three stolen bases in Saturday’s game at Hartford (note - he tied that in today’s game). DeMartini’s six stolen bases last week were the most in the Eastern League and his 17 since his Double-A debut on June 10 are tied for the second-most in the league over that stretch.
