Christian Arroyo had three hits (single & two doubles) and two RBIs. Aidan Miller had two hits (singles) and a walk - he stole his 58th base of the season.

RH Andrew Painter - 4 IP, 3 R, 7 H, 2 BB, 6 K’s - 86 pitches - 53 strikes - Andrew initially grips the baseball with a splitter grip both in the windup and stretch, then adjusts the grip in his glove so that no one sees the pitch he intends to throw. It’s seemingly a design to prevent any tipping especially since I don’t believe he actually throws a splitter.

Defensive Gem :
Center fielder Johan Rojas made a running catch on a sinking liner in the eighth inning (100 mph off the bat) in right center then threw a laser (95 mph) to first base to double up a wandering base runner - an outstanding play!

PHENOMENAL FELIX: Felix Reyes made his triple-A debut a memorable one on Tuesday, crushing his first homer and snagging three hits. Reyes is in the midst of a career year, winning the Eastern League batting crown as he slashed .335/.365/.572 with 15 HR and 65 RBI for Reading.
