Big Comeback Win - Four unanswered runs lifted the Reading Fightin Phils to a 5-3 comeback victory over the Hartford Yard Goats on Wednesday night at Dunkin’ Park, evening the series at one game apiece. Reading jumped to an early 1-0 lead on a first-inning sacrifice fly from Raider Tello, but Hartford responded with three runs, taking a 3-1 lead in the sixth on an RBI single by Zach Kokoska and a bases-loaded walk to Cole Messina. The Fightins rallied back in the seventh when Bryson Ware hit a two-run homer off reliever Davis Palermo to tie the game at three. Reading completed the comeback in the eighth inning, taking the lead on a Carson DeMartini RBI double before Aroon Escobar singled him home for an insurance run.
