Aidan Miller walked three times and stole three bases in his IronPigs debut. Oscar Mercado had three hits (singles). Gabriel Rincones Jr doubled, walked and scored twice. Johan Rojas had two hits (single & double) with two RBIs.

Miller on the Way Up : One year and six days after joining the Fightin Phils, Phillies No. 2 Prospect Aidan Miller is being promoted to Lehigh Valley (AAA). Miller finished his time with Reading red-hot. Since August 1 (28 games), Miller slashed .361/.485/.630 (1.115 OPS), with 31 runs, 14 doubles, five home runs, 18 RBI and 15 stolen bases. The Phillies No. 2 prospect had 12 multi-hit games over that stretch, including four three-hit contests. At the time of his promotion, Miller’s Eastern League ranks were: 3rd OBP (.382), 8th OPS (.809), 10th hits (105), T-7th 2B (25), 1st BB (73), 8th XBH (40), T-9th TB (173), 2nd runs (74) and 1st SB (52). With his 52 stolen bases, Miller is the eighth player in franchise history to steal 50-or-more bags in a season and sits at 7th all-time in single-season stolen bases. He was the first R-Phil since Jose Leiva in 1987 to steal 50+ bases in a season. Miller currently leads the Eastern League and Phillies organization in stolen bases. The last time an R-Phil led the Eastern League in stolen bases was Anderson Machado (49) in 2003.
