Summary :


SWB scored two runs in the second inning on three hits ( 2 singles & a double ).


The RailRiders scored two runs in the 5th inning on a walk, an error, two singles and a sac fly.


Darick Hall hit home run number 28 for the minor league season - way over the right field wall in the bottom of the 5th inning.


With the loss the Iron Pigs have mathematically been eliminated from playoff contention.

Darick Hall homered and walked in five plate appearances.  He just missed another one in his first AB, was caught on the right field warning track. Jorge Bonifacio & Scott Kingery each had two hits.

Darick Hall is just one home run shy of tying Rhys Hoskin’s single season home run record for the Iron Pigs franchise.  He is 23 for-76 (. 303 ) since being optioned back to Lehigh Valley on 8/24.   His 23 hits have been 10 singles, five doubles, and eight home runs. He has now hit 37 home runs this season (28 in LHV, 9 in Philadelphia) and leads the Phillies minor league system in home runs (28 ), RBI (88 ), slugging percentage and OPS.  Counting his major league totals he has 104 RBIs for the season. 👀👏
