International League ( AAA ) - Lehigh Valley 7 ( 54-45 )  Durham 2 ( 54-45 )

Summary :


Durham scored a first inning run when Vidal Bruhan walked, went to third on a throwing error and scored on a sac fly.


The Iron Pigs scored five in the 5th inning - Josh Ockimey walked and Chris Sharpe was hit by a pitch.  Justin Williams doubled ( the Pigs first hit of the game ) to score Ockimey.  Rafael Marchan doubled to score Williams and Sharpe.   Scott Kingery hit a two run home run over the center field fence.


In the 6th inning Nick Maton walked, went to third on a single by Josh Ockimey and scored on a single by Chris Sharpe.

Vidal Brujan tripled in the bottom of the sixth and scored on a ground out.


Scott Kingery doubled to lead off the seventh, Mickey Moniak walked and Jean Segura singled to load the bases.  Nick Maton singled to score Kingery.


On The Hill :

Summary :


Simon Muzziotti homered to right center field in the first inning.


Two walks and two singles produced two second inning runs for Erie.


Reading scored two runs in the 4th inning - Aldrem Corredor, Kevin Vicuna & Sal Gozzo all singled to load the bases. 


Corredor scored on a ground out by Johan Rojas.  Simon Muzziotti singled to score Vicuna.


Johan Rojas singled in the 6th inning, stole second base and scored on a single by Logan O’Hoppe.


Erie loaded the bases on walks in the 7th, Gage Workman doubled to score two runs.


Jonathan Guzman singled in the top of the ninth and scored on a double by Sal Gozzo.

Summary :


Wilmington scored a run in the 1st inning on an RBI double by Drew Millas.  It ended a 23 inning scoreless streak over 3 games for them.


The Blue Rocks scored twice in the fourth inning on a home run by Kevin Strohschein.   Jordy Barley hit a solo home run in the 5th inning.

Summary :


Dunedin scored twice in the 5th inning, Vinny Capra doubled, went to third on a single by Will Robertson and scored on a groundout.  Two more singles scored the 2nd run.  They scored a run in the 6th inning on an RBI double by Capra.


Marcus Lee Sang singled in the 7th inning and later scored on a single by Micah Yonamine.  Jamari Baylor doubled to score a second run.


Will Robertson hit an RBI single for Dunedin in the 8th inning.  They scored a couple more runs in the ninth on a double, a couple singles and run scoring ground outs.


Andrik Nava homered in the 9th.  Micah Yonamine tripled and then scored on a balk.


On The Hill :
