Mark Payton tripled for Charlotte in the 1st inning and scored on a sac fly by Adam Haseley.
The Iron Pigs loaded the bases in the 4th inning ( Donny Sands & Jorge Bonifacio singled, Josh Ockimey walked ) … Sands scored on a ground out by Scott Kingery.
Zach Remillard singled to start the 8th for Charlotte, he stole second, went to third on a wild pitch and scored on a single by Mark Payton. Payton advanced to second on a wild pitch, Yasmani Grandal ( on rehab assignment ) singled to send Payton to third base. Adam Haseley grounded out to second base to score Payton.
Mark Payton made a diving catch on a ball driven to the gap in center field to end the game robbing Dustin Peterson of extra bases.

Summary :
Justin Williams singled and stole second base to lead off the game. Luis Garcia walked, Carlos De La Cruz reached on an error on which Williams scored. A passed ball allowed Garcia to score and De La Cruz scored on a single by Casey Martin.
Luis Garcia singled in the third inning, stole second base, went to third on a single by Ethan Wilson and scored on a sac fly by Carlos De La Cruz. Rixon Wingrove doubled to score Wilson.
Aberdeen scored twice in the 4th inning, one on a double by Ryan Higgins and the other on a single by Darell Hernaiz.
John Rhodes doubled for Aberdeen in the fifth, went to third on a single and scored on a ground out.
