Today at the Complex :

We got to watch batting practice today for the newest crop of Phillies ( draftees & free agents ).  Both Justin Crawford & Emaarion Boyd were on the field today joining the group we saw practice yesterday.  As we watched them both run sprints side by side during warm ups we can attest that the reports of their quickness certainly ring true 🤓.

A few notes on today’s BP - first, it’s BP so nothing to make definitive statements on but Crawford’s hands are quick - Gustavo Sosa drove the ball well, Ezra Farmer hit quite a few on the screws - line drives and Chad Castillo looks powerful from the left side of the dish - easy power 🤓.
