Mexican Winter League : first round of playoffs
Charros de Jalisco (1-0) 6 Naranjeros de Hermosillo (0-1) 5 - RHP Alan Rangelpitched 1.1 innings (0 R, 3 H, 1 BB, 1 K - 36 pitches - 23 strikes) for the Naranjeros.
Águilas de Mexical (1-0) 3 Yaquis de Obregón (0-1) 2 - RHP Efrain Contreras pitched two innings (1 R, 1 H, 1 BB, 1 K) for the Yaquis.
Tomateros de Culiacán (1-0) 7 Cañeros de Los Mochis (0-1) 3 - Joey Meneses (1B) went 2 for 4 (single & HR) with two runs scored and three RBIs for the Tomateros.
Algodoneros de Guasave (1-0) 18 Jaguares de Nayarit (0-1) 4 - Esteban Quiroz (2B) was 2 for 4 (single & double) with an RBI and two runs scored for the Algodoneros.

Sydney Blue Sox (19-10) 4 Adelaide Giants (13-15) 3 - Jordan McArdle (DH) was 3 for 5 (two singles & HR) with a run scored and three RBIs, Jose Colmenares (SS) 2 for 4 (singles), Devin Saltiban (CF) 1 for 5 (double) with a run scored, Nick Ward (2B) 1 for 5 (single) with a run scored, Robbie Glendinning (3B) 1 for 4 (single), Raylin Heredia (RF) 1 for 4 (single), Manolfi Jimenez (LF) 1 for 4 (single) and Alirio Ferrebus (C) 0 for 4 for the Giants.
