Completing the roster analysis of the 10 playoff teams this season. We’ve reviewed the season ending 28 man rosters of each club. It’s an inaccuracy to state that winning clubs are mostly invested in developing their own players and placing them on the big league roster long term, at least for this season’s ending rosters 😳. Nine of the 10 playoff clubs roster makeup reflect the majority of the construction was acquired via trade/waivers or free agency, only the Cardinals had a 50-50 split between the two categories at year end.
