Knebel missed all of 2019 and came back in 2020. He hadn’t pitched in 2019 due to Tommy John surgery but was strong in 27 games for the Dodgers in 2021 posting a 2.45 ERA in 25 2/3 innings with 30 K’s and 9 walks recording a 0.97 WHIP.
He recorded 56 saves for the Brewers in 2017 and 2018 as their closer throwing 131 innings and striking out 214 batters.
He was the 1st round draft choice of the Tigers in 2013 from the University of Texas at Austin.
