Chris “Tank” Adamson will serve as manager of the team, he’s also the manager of the Adelaide Giants in the Australian Baseball League. This will he Tank’s first management assignment in affiliated baseball.
Matt Hockenberry will return for his second season as Pitching Coach at Lakewood, he was with the Blue Claws in 2019. Rafael DeLima will be the hitting coach, the 22 year coaching veteran in the Phillies organization will be serving his first stint at Lakewood.
Andrew Dodgson will be the Athletic Trainer and Bruce Peditto will be the strength and conditioning coach.
