Seven hundred and eighty slots were available to be filled across Major League Baseball teams for opening day. I’m sure it’s not something that’s taken for granted for most every big league player ... the honor of being selected to be on an opening day roster. I know that attending opening day as a fan has always been one of the grander days of the year ... for Phanatics like me it’s akin to Christmas Day as a youngster ... still is actually 🤓.
