Seems like there’s been a few articles written lately concerning Phillies minor league starting pitching depth concerns, particularly at the higher levels but not a lot of conjecture on who may fill the roles. Here’s my take on the current pitchers in the organization who are likely being considered for opening roster starting or bulk relief roles and where they may fit.

RH Jean Cabrera - 24 years old - is on 40 man roster
RH Alan Rangel - 28 years old - is on 40 man roster
