The Blue Jays scored a run in the second inning on a walk (Daulton Varsho), stolen base and single (Kevin Kiermaier).
Nick Castellanos hit a solo home run in the bottom of the second.
Toronto scored twice in the fifth on a double, single and two run single by Vladimir Guerrero Jr. George Springer hit a two run home run in the sixth inning.
A walk (Bryce Harper), hit by pitch (JT Realmuto) and single (Bryson Stott) loaded the bases in the bottom of the sixth. Edmundo Sosa hit a grand slam to plate four runs.
The Blue Jays broke the game open with eight ninth inning runs on two walks, two singles, two doubles, a two run home run (Payton Henry) and a grand slam home run (Will Robertson).
