Four consecutive singles (Leandro Pineda, Kendall Simmons, Rixon Wingrove, Casey Martin) scored the game tying run for Jersey Shore in the bottom of the eighth inning.  The BlueClaws had the bases loaded with no outs but three consecutive groundouts ended the frame.

Brooklyn loaded the bases with one out in the top of the ninth but Jordi Martinez pitched out of it with a strikeout and ground out to keep the game knotted.

After a ten pitch plate appearance Hao Yu Lee walked in the ninth inning, Leandro Pineda doubled to left field to send Lee to third base. With two outs Rixon Wingrove hit a squibber in front of the plate which the pitcher fielded but threw in the dirt to first base past the first baseman, Lee crossed the plate with the walk off game winning run!

A hit batter and single was followed by an RBI single by Vincent Perozo for St Lucie in the fourth inning.  Adrian Hernandez tripled to score two more.

Gabriel Rincones Jr doubled in the 8th inning and scored on a single by Otto Kemp.

On the Hill :

Yoniel Ramirez pitched two scoreless frames in relief, he struck out five, allowed no hits or walks but did hit two batters, I really like watching him pitch, comes from a bit below 3/4 slot and gets really good horizontal movement on his pitches, curve ball really darts - good stuff.  Eduar Segovia pitched two scoreless innings, battled command/control but still got thru it, when he’s back in full command the stuff definitely plays. Wesley Moore also battled control but battled out of a bases loaded jam to toss a scoreless ninth striking out the side.

At the Bat :

Otto Kemp had four hits (singles) and an RBI. Caleb Ricketts continues on a player of the month path with three more knocks (singles), two RBIs and two runs scored.  Gabriel Rincones Jr had two hits (single & double), Erick Brito hit two singles.
