It drove in Bryson Stott ahead of him who had walked in an 11 pitch plate appearance. Web Gems :

Ranger Suarez had a liner hit off his glove in the second inning, the ball trickled behind him towards second base. The ball knocked his glove off but he hustled behind the mound, picked the baseball up bare handed and threw the runner out at first base to end the inning ! What a play 👀😳.

Second baseman Jean Segura made a diving stop on a grounder ranging far to his right and threw to Pitcher Ranger Suarez covering first base to record the final out of the third inning - a more than classic PFP ( Pitcher’s Fielding Practice ) play 😁.

Other Notes :

Mickey Moniak was hit in the hand by a pitch in the fourth inning - he swung though and was called out on strikes. Hopefully not an injury set back. Came out of the game afterwards. He had x-rays - just a bruise - nothing broken - 😥
