Scoring Summary :
Four singles and a throwing error (RF Gabriel Rincones Jr) scored three runs for Syracuse in the first inning. Jakson Reetz hit a three run home run. They scored a run in the fifth on two singles, a walk and ground out.
Justin Crawford singled in the sixth, Gabriel Rincones Jr reached on an error then Garrett Stubbs and Oscar Mercado walked to force in a run. Cal Stevenson singled to score two runs.
Otto Kemp singled in the seventh, Gabriel Rincones Jr walked. Buddy Kennedy hit a three run home run.

In the bottom of the fifth Diego Gonzalez, Avery Owusu-Asiedu and Aroon Escobar each singled to load the bases. A balk call brought Gonzalez across the plate. Dante Nori hit a sacrifice fly to score a run. Kodey Shojinaga singled to score a run.
Lakeland scored a run on a double, ground out and wild pitch in the sixth.
