8/18/23 : On a winning note -Minor League data


As play begins today the Phillies have four first place teams in their respective leagues (Lehigh Valley, Jersey Shore, Clearwater and DSL Phillies White) with two others also in the playoff hunt (Reading - three games out, FCL Phillies - two games behind).  Here’s a quick look at how the organization stands comparative to the twenty nine others in regards to wins and winning percentages.


Affiliate teams with 60 wins or more : The Phillies, Cubs and Mariners have three teams in this category, seven organizations have two. Ten have none.


Affiliate teams with 70 wins or more : There are only two - the Phillies (Clearwater) and the Dodgers (Oklahoma City)


Affiliate teams with .540 or better winning percentages :  The Phillies and Dodgers lead the way with five each, the Yankees have four and eight teams have three each.


Affiliate teams with .600 or better winning percentages :  The Dodgers have five followed by the Phillies and Rockies with two each.


Affiliate teams with .700 or better winning percentages : There are four clubs - Dodgers (DSL Bautista - 41-10 .804) Phillies (DSL Phillies White - 41-11 .788),  Pirates (DSL Pirates Gold - 39-12 .765)  and the Rockies (ACL Rockies - 37-15 .712)


Affiliate highest winning percentage for full season : Phillies - Clearwater Threshers - 73-37 (.664 ) followed by the Dodgers - Oklahoma City Dodgers - 73-43 (.635) and the Blue Jays - Vancouver Canadians - 68-41 (.624)


Affiliate highest winning percentage for short season : Dodgers - DSL Bautista - 41-10 (.804) followed by Phillies - DSL Phillies White - 41-11 (.788) and the Pirates (DSL Pirates Gold - 39-12 .765)
