What an Ending :
Although he’s not a Phillies player I thought I’d highlight his story as it has somewhat of a connection. On Saturday Tanner Nishioka hit two home runs for AA Portland against the Reading Phils. Turns out that afterwards the 26 year old from Hawaii handed in his retirement papers. That’s certainly leaving the game on a high note. Best wishes to the young man going forward.
