8/5/25 : Update : Ex Phillies now with National League organizations

It takes a bit to update these lists so I split them between the American and National leagues - here’s the National League - the stats are as of 8/5/25.

There are 41 former Phillies now with National League organizations - 17 of those are on the 40 man major league rosters - 11 are currently active in the major leagues with 5 of the 11 original Phillies draft picks or amateur free agent signings. Of the 41 players 21 began their careers with the Phillies organization as drafted signings or signed as amateur free agents.

Combining my research on the American and National League lists in total there are 107 former Phillies now with other Major League organizations - of the 107 players 55 began their pro careers as Phillies drafted signingsor were signed as amateur free agents (see full list below after team details) - 18 of those 55 players are currently active major leaguers.
