The baseball off-season affords players opportunities to conduct “normal life” - sometimes “normal life” includes lifetime events. Minor league free agent LHP Adam Seminaris has signed a 2026 minor league contract with the Phillies. The 27 year old pitched for the Arkansas Travelers at the AA level last season in the Seattle Mariners organization. He posted a 3.02 ERA in 24 appearances (22 starts) with a 7-7 record in 125.1 IP striking out 105 batters and walking 36.
