Josh was selected in the 38th round of the 2019 draft out of San Diego University. He’s from Perth in Western Australia.

RH Eduar Segovia ( 20 years old ) will start ... he last pitched on 5/12 - 3 IP, 2 R, 3 H, 1 BB, 2 K’s. In two appearances this season he’s posted 7 K’s in 5.1 IP. Eduar was signed by the Phillies as a amateur free agent on 5/9/18. He’s from from Valencia, Venezuela.
