RHP Michael Mercado who was non-tendered on 11/21 has re-signed a minor league contract with the Phillies.  Here are my notes on him : 2025 Stats :   appeared in 42 games (49 IP) with Lehigh Valley posting a 4.59 ERA with 53 K’s and 29 walks - made three major league appearances (3 IP). Minor league free agent LHP Adam Seminaris has signed a 2026 minor league contract with the Phillies. The 27 year old pitched for the Arkansas Travelers at the AA level last season in the Seattle Mariners organization. He posted a 3.02 ERA in 24 appearances (22 starts) with a 7-7 record in 125.1 IP striking out 105 batters and walking 36. Twenty four year old free agent infielder Liover Peguero has signed a minor league contract for the 2026 season with the Phillies. The Phillies have added three minor league players to the 40 man roster in order to protect them from the Rule Five draft. Pitchers Andrew Painter, Alex McFarlane and outfielder Gabriel Rincones Jr have had their contracts converted to major league deals.
