RHP Michael Mercado who was non-tendered on 11/21 has re-signed a minor league contract with the Phillies.  Here are my notes on him : 2025 Stats :   appeared in 42 games (49 IP) with Lehigh Valley posting a 4.59 ERA with 53 K’s and 29 walks - made three major league appearances (3 IP). Minor league free agent LHP Adam Seminaris has signed a 2026 minor league contract with the Phillies. The 27 year old pitched for the Arkansas Travelers at the AA level last season in the Seattle Mariners organization. He posted a 3.02 ERA in 24 appearances (22 starts) with a 7-7 record in 125.1 IP striking out 105 batters and walking 36. Twenty four year old free agent infielder Liover Peguero has signed a minor league contract for the 2026 season with the Phillies. He played last season for AAA level Indianapolis in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization and posted a .247/.313/.375 slash line with a .688 OPS in 75 games (303 plate appearances) with 14 doubles, 1 triple, 6 home runs, 40 RBIs, 27 walks, 59 strikeouts and 8 stolen bases.
